Research in this theme is being grouped around the following sub themes

• Community institutions and social infrastructure for an ageing society
• Inter-generational relationships, families and communities
• The built social and natural environment and social participation and access for multi-generational and multicultural communities
• Health financing, policy and planning
• Residential and community care financing, policy and planning
